Garima Sharma is a Deputy Editor at The Royal Society of Chemistry, where she works on the open access journal RSC Advances. Her role involves setting and implementing journal strategy, managing the sponsorship budget, workflow management, article commissioning, liaising with the Editorial Board and Associate Editors, preparing for and attending Board Meetings, attending conferences, journal marketing and data analysis. 

Garima received an MRes from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc from the University of Nottingham. She joined the Royal Society of Chemistry in 2017 as a Development Editor.
